About us

We are an innovative women’s collaborative clinic designed for women at every stage of life.

Our approach is multidisciplinary and proactive health care.

We blend science-based , nutrition, and exercise to deliver truly individualised care.

The process…..

Before your appointment

To make the most out of your inital appointments, it is important to gather your health information, previous history, tests and records. We will also send you a deep dive questionnaire to fill in, to get to know you better.

One week before your appointment, we will also get you to fill in a food and exercise diary. This is so we can understand you and be ready for our first appointment.

NP

We will cover all your history, family history, menstrual history, social and lifestyle factors, medications, supplements and goals.

It is a deep dive into you, so we can create a unique programme that it tailored for you.

If needed we will provide scripts and order investigations such as blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound etc. Once we have all this information, you will go on to the next assessments before we put it all together for you.

Dietitian

In your first session, your dietitian will take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition goals.

Together, you’ll review your current eating habits, discuss any challenges, and identify areas for improvement.

This will help us to develop a personalised plan with your health team.

Coach/PT

You’ll meet your coach/PT at our partner facility for a movement and fitness assessment.

This gives us a clear starting point and helps us design a personalised programme tailored to your goals. It also provides a benchmark so we can track your progress and celebrate improvements along the way.

Other

This could include:
